CUSTOMER SAFETY TIPS:

As a customer, you have the right to request a certificate of insurance (FS-1) stating the make, model, and color of the vehicle you are renting along with the coverage provided. State of North Carolina requires any FOR HIRE vehicle to carry state approved liability coverage on each vehicle. Customers owe it to themselves to ensure they are riding in a fully covered vehicle before they rent.

It is also required by the United States Department of Transportation that a Driver carrying over 17 passengers be licensed with a passenger ("P") endorsement stating they are trained to carry a higher volume of passengers.

State of North Carolina requires any vehicle that you rent, to have a valid registration and a NORTH CAROLINA FOR HIRE LICENSE PLATE with proper NC stickers on the back of EACH of their vehicles. Any vehicle operating FOR HIRE without these FOR HIRE LICENSE PLATES and/or if it has standard NC private plates are not legal and it is recommended not renting from them.
